Fairlawn recently paid tribute to its many dedicated employees and volunteers at the hospital's annual Service Awards Dinner.

Special recognition was given to Terri Stewart, an LPN who has served Fairlawn for 35 years.

Along with honoring 25 other employees who have worked at Fairlawn for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years, the celebration provided an opportunity to thank the hospital's many dedicated volunteers.
