Four Employees Receive 2005 "Of the Year" Awards   Fairlawn recently honored four employees for their outstanding dedication to the hospital.   Dr. Nelli Dorman, an internal medicine physician, was named Fairlawn's Physician of the Year. The first internist to join Fairlawn's medical staff, Dr. Dorman has been serving Fairlawn's patients and families since 1989. Dr. Dorman was selected for this award because of her dedication to clinical excellence, compassionate patient care, and improving the lives of people with disabilities.   Elaine Trask, an LPN who joined Fairlawn's nursing staff in 2002, and Dan Girard, an occupational therapist who has worked at the hospital since 2003, were named Clinicians of the Year. Mary Lorion, who serves as Admitting Supervisor and has worked at Fairlawn since 1989,was honored as the hospital's 2005 Employee of the Year.
