Fairlawn Pays Tribute to Staff, Volunteers Mary Guyotte   Fairlawn recently paid tribute to its many dedicated employees and volunteers at the hospital's annual Service Awards Dinner.   Special recognition was given to Mary Guyotte who works in the hospital's Patient Accounts Department. Joining the staff in 1978, Mary was recognized for 25 years of service to Fairlawn.   Along with honoring more than 20 other employees, the celebration provided an opportunity to thank Fairlawn's volunteers, who have devoted over 8,000 hours of service over the past year.         Among employee honored for 15 years of service to Fairlawn were (left to right): Bill Shea, Michael Mooshian, Lori Perch, and Linda Larson.     Employees honored for 10 years of service to Fairlawn included (left to right): Susan Toro, Bill Johnson, Cindy LaPorte, Mary Herman-Cappoli, and Stan Ropiak.     Among employees honored for five years of service were (left to right): Michelle Toland, Joyce Hancock, Dawn Archambault, Jude Ojatabu, Liz Rettig, Susan Langevin, Sophe Antas, Pat Kiely, and Luisa Diaz.     Pictured with Peter Mantegazza, CEO (far right), are some of Fairlawn's many dedicated volunteers   Press Releases • Partnerships • Speakers Bureau • Calendar
