Fairlawn Celebrates Staff and Volunteers   Fairlawn recently paid tribute to its many dedicated employees and volunteers at the hospital's annual Service Awards Dinner.   Along with honoring employees who have worked at Fairlawn for 5, 10, and 15 years, special recognition was given to staff who have served the hospital from 20 to 40 years.   The celebration also provided an opportunity to thank the hospital’s many dedicated volunteers.   Left to right: Carol Weldon, Food Services Supervisor, was honored for 40 years of service; Linda Croteau, RN, received her 35 year service award; Chet Rondeau, Maintenance, and Ann Marie Sweeten, Outpatient Services, celebrated 30 years of service.   Barbara Sparhawk (left), Accounting, and Sue Tubman, Nursing, (shown with CEO Peter Mantegazza) were honored for their 25 years of service to Fairlawn.   Sue Burke, Human Resources, and Kathy Trueax, Administration, received their 20-year service awards.   The following employees were also honored at the event: 5 Years Violet Abreu/Nursing Julie Alexander/Nursing Ann DiLiddo/Nursing Jeff Dumas/PT Theresa Gabriel/Nursing Marge Maciaszek/HIM Rez Manxhari/Nursing Lynn Markovsky/Nursing Karla McAuliffe/CD Judy Morris/Nursing Debbie Ouillette/Nursing Charlene Seymour/Maintenance Cheryl Svens/Pharmacy Susan Terkanian/Rehab Tech Leena Vaidya/OT Susan Zemaitis/Nursing 10 Years Aimee Evora/PT Sharon Harmon/Nursing Jane Sargentilli/Food Service Richard Swett/Materials Mgmt.
