Fairlawn Names Physician, Clinician and Employee of the Year   Fairlawn recently honored three employees for their outstanding dedication to the hospital.   Dr. Peter Bagley, Medical Director, was named the "Physician of the Year." A pulmonologist who has been instrumental in the development and implementation of Fairlawn's Ventilator and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program, Dr. Bagley came to Fairlawn in 1994 and was named Medical Director in 2001.   Jeanne Gordon, the case manager for Fairlawn's Outpatient Department, was named "Employee of the Year." Jeanne joined the hospital staff in 1993.   Linda Larson, a speech-language pathologist who has served Fairlawn for 16 years, was named "Clinician of the Year."
