Olympic Games Come to Fairlawn   Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital's annual Staff Appreciation Day took on an Olympic theme this year.   As staff gathered for an outdoor barbeque, Fairlawn's CEO, Peter Mantegazza, lit the Olympic flame, signaling the start of the day's festivities. Employees then had a chance to exhibit their athletic prowess in such challenging events as Hoola-Hoop Track and Field, Pass the Sand, and Water-Bottle Bowling.
