Hooping It Up for Disability Awareness   NBA material they are not. But the rehab staff at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital did their best to compete in a recent wheelchair basketball game against the Bay State Wheelers, a Central Massachusetts team comprised of individuals with disabilities.   Trailing 22 to 4 at the half, Fairlawn readily agreed to switch scores with their opponents.
