Fairlawn to Host Stroke Survivor - Caregiver Forum   On May 24th, Fairlawn, the American Stroke Association, and UMass Memorial Healthcare will host "The In's and Out's of Stroke Recovery," a forum for stroke survivors and their caregivers.   The forum, to be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Beechwood Hotel, Worcester, will feature presentations on innovations in stroke rehabilitation, stress reduction, and issues facing stroke survivors and caregivers.
