On May 9th, Fairlawn and the American Stroke Association will host a Stroke Survivor-Caregiver Forum.

The forum, to be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Beechwood Hotel, Worcester, will feature presentations on:

• New Research and Technologies in Stroke Prevention & Treatment
• Adjustment After Stroke
• Support Group Opportunities
