Fairlawn Honors Employee, Clinician, Physician of the Year

Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital recently honored three employees for their outstanding dedication to the hospital.

	Dr. Francis O’Connell, an orthopedist who serves as the hospital’s associate medical director, was named Physician of the Year. Dr. O’Connell was selected for the award because of his dedication to clinical excellence, compassionate patient care, and improving the lives of people with disabilities.

	Laurencia Alexander, a PCA who has worked at Fairlawn since 1999, was named Clinician of the Year, and Debra Silva, a Unit Secretary who joined the hospital’s staff in 1996, was honored as Employee of the Year. Both were recognized for their commitment to excellence, teamwork, and improving the lives of Fairlawn’s patients and their families.
