From East (Boston/Woburn 495 Area):
    From Northeast, take 495 South to 290 West; from Southeast, take 495 North to 290 West. On 290, take Exit 18 (Rt. 9).

    From North (Fitchburg Area):
    • Take 190 South to Exit 1 (W. Boylston Street Exit toward Gold Star Boulevard)
    • Stay straight to go onto West Boylston Street – Route 12
    • West Boylston Street will turn into Park Avenue
    • After Price Chopper Supermarket, take a right at the lights onto Highland Street
    • At rotary, take a left onto June Street
    • At 2nd set of lights take a left onto May Street
    • Fairlawn will be on your right.

     
    From West (Sturbridge/Springfield Area/Mass Pike):
    From Mass Pike, take Exit 10 (Auburn) and go to 290 East (toward Worcester).

    Take Rt. 84 East to Mass Pike to Exit 10 (Auburn) and go to 290 East (toward Worcester).

    Eastern Connecticut:
    Take Rt. 395 North to Route 290 East.

    **On 290, take Exit 11 (College Square); at end of exit, proceed straight (Worcester Center) through three sets of lights. At third light, take left onto Hammond St. At end of Hammond St., take right onto Main St. and then an immediate left onto May St. Follow May St. for 1.2 miles. Fairlawn is on hill to your left (past Fallon Clinic).
     
    Providence, RI:
    Take Rt. 146 North into Worcester until you see Rt. 290 East signs. Get on 290 East and follow to Exit 17 (Belmont St./Lincoln Sq.) Take Exit 17 and turn left at end of ramp. Go over bridge and down hill to Lincoln Sq. Go through set of lights, continuing straight onto Highland St. to fifth set of traffic lights (approx. .8 miles). Take left onto Park Ave., travel to fourth set of lights and take right onto May St. Follow May St. for 1.2 miles. Fairlawn is on hill to your left (past Fallon Clinic).
